- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM and marketing automation platform used to store and manage leads and client communications.
- Supabase — database infrastructure hosting form submissions, reviews, and operational data.
- Stripe — payment processing for retainer and service invoices.
- Google (Analytics & Ads) — website analytics and advertising measurement.
- OpenAI — AI-powered features used in certain service workflows.
- Vercel / hosting providers — website infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of a/c partners®, our clients, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form and inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
